Be prepared—not surprised—when cooler weather arrives!
Leave your name, return phone number, city and a short description of your chimney or dryer vent concern. Use the short email template above and suggest a convenient time to reach you. You do not need to complete the appointment form for a callback.
Requests can be sent at any time. Our phone and scheduling hours are Monday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., and Sunday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. A preferred callback time is a request; it is not a guaranteed response time.
A callback request does not reserve a service appointment. Cindy will discuss your needs and confirm service availability, pricing and appointment details with you.
If your home has more than one fireplace, identify the room or appliance you are calling about. For a rental or managed property, tell Cindy whether you are the owner, resident or property contact and who can arrange access for a possible visit.
Have any earlier inspection report or repair proposal available during the call. If you are following up on quoted work, name the item on that proposal so the office can discuss the same scope. A return call is the time to clarify service needs and access; the office still confirms an appointment separately.
No. A callback email asks Cindy to contact you; it does not book a visit. Our office must confirm availability and appointment details before a visit is booked.
Call 817-205-2072 during phone hours, or send another message with a convenient time and the best number to reach you.
Yes. Describe the issue and your city so Cindy can help plan the next step. A callback can clarify service options, but it cannot replace an on-site inspection or establish that a system is safe to use.
No. For a fire, suspected gas leak, carbon monoxide alarm or immediate danger, leave the area and contact emergency services from a safe location. Do not wait for an ordinary callback.
If you are calling about an estimate, identify the repair item and any change since the technician’s visit. For a new concern, explain which appliance is affected and when the symptom occurs. This lets the office distinguish an estimate follow-up from a new inspection request.
