Office Hours and Service Appointments
The hours above are for calls and scheduling. Service visits are arranged by appointment, and available times depend on the job, technician schedule, and access to your fireplace or dryer vent.
Tell Cindy your preferred day and what you have noticed. She will discuss the service and confirm an appointment with you. Requests sent online outside office hours can be reviewed when the office is open.
Evening office hours do not mean that every service can be performed after dark. Daylight and access requirements may limit appointment times.
Office: 820 Mustang Drive, Saginaw, TX 76179. Visits are by appointment only; contact Cindy before traveling to the office.

Help the office plan the right visit
When calling during office hours, describe the problem before choosing a service: smoke entering the room, water after rain, a stuck damper, or a dryer taking longer to dry. Tell Cindy whether the fireplace is masonry or factory-built if you know, and whether the dryer vent exits through a wall or roof. These details help the team discuss access and the appropriate appointment scope.
Hours and Scheduling FAQs
Can I request service while the office is closed?
Yes. Submit an online request at a time that suits you. Our office can review it during phone and scheduling hours; submission does not reserve or confirm an appointment.
Are weekend or evening appointments guaranteed?
No. Office hours show when to contact us. Ask Cindy about available service times for your address and job. Technician schedules, daylight and access requirements affect availability.
Can I visit the Saginaw office without an appointment?
Please arrange office visits in advance. Call Cindy to confirm a suitable time; the listed phone hours do not indicate walk-in availability.
What about holiday availability?
Contact Cindy to confirm office and service availability for a holiday. Do not assume that the usual weekly hours guarantee an appointment on that date.
