Refund eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase when no service has been performed and you have attempted to schedule within a reasonable timeframe.

Scheduling and service concerns

Schedule service in advance. If you have a concern after a visit, contact the office with your appointment date and the issue so we can review the technician’s documented work. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Refunds are not available for missed or no-show appointments, cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, or completed services with documented technician completion.

Reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment for no charge. A reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 rebooking fee.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For purchases through Groupon or another platform, refer to that platform’s refund policy.
